Norfolk 'n' Good Rally

This is another first for the club. The rally is close to furthest point East in Britain in the town of Loddon and sits just a few miles away from the City of Norwich. The site is on the banks of the river Chet and on the edge of the Norfolk Broads

Facilities are basic but OK. There are electric hook ups, there's also a shower block and water.

The campsite is really just the field behind the boat yards which we're likely to have all to ourselves. The more there are camping the cheaper it'll be.  At present were guessing £15 per night for the pitch whatever you put on it, with luck it might be cheaper.

Although it's quiet and secluded, it's right in the middle of the town surrounded by a chip shop, four pubs, two Chinese take outs, an Indian restaurant, a Turkish kebab shop, three coffee shops with cake and light lunches and a Co-op.  If the site runs out of toilet paper, buy your own 50 yards away! Loddon is on the Broads, in the Broads National Park.  There's a universe of beautiful walks straight out of the campsite and benches with a picturesque view to eat your chips on.

If you don’t feel like camping there's lots of B&B available and rooms in The Swan just across the high street.

The ride out on Saturday will be through the peaceful country lanes of Norfolk, then to the Suffolk Aviation Museum at Flixton.

The site is booked for Friday, Saturday and Sunday night, that's the 16/17/18th September
