Back in 1973 the Ural Owners Club was formed in England to
support the owners of the Russian Ural motorcycles. Other Soviet
motorcycles were then imported such as the Jupiter, Voskhod,
Minsk and Dnieper/ Dnepr.
With the introduction and establishment of the UK registered
'Cossack' trade name in 1974, the club was renamed the Cossack
Owners Club via an interim name.
The club now supports owners and enthusiasts of all
motorcycles that were made in what was the USSR (specifically
the factories in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus & Latvia) whether they
are sold under their manufacturers' names such as IMZ or
UralMoto, or previously as Cossack, Neval, Britaine or Regent.
